Agency Proposes Several Amendments to Comply With Reform Legislation

The Division of Workers’ Compensation is proposing several amendments to Iowa Code Chapter 85 to conform to legislative changes enacted as part of House File 518. The changes relate to the evaluation of permanent impairments, vocational training and education, suitable work and commutations. The proposed amendments also update agency addresses, telephone numbers and statutory references. HF 518, signed by then-Gov.
