Contractor, Staffing Firm Cited Following Trench Fatality

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited contractor All Power Construction Corp. and staffing agency Labor Finders of Tennessee Inc. after a temporary employee installing sewer lines was killed in a trench collapse. All Power Construction Corp. of Huntsville, Alabama, faces $139,684 in proposed penalties.
