The Washington state Department of Labor and Industries said a former bar manager is facing one count of first-degree theft for receiving more than $91,000 in workers’ compensation benefits while holding down management jobs at four restaurants in Seattle.
William T. Crawley will be arraigned today on the felony theft charge in King County Superior Court, the department announced.
