BWC to Adopt Four Amended Payment and Formulary Rules

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation has filed four new rules with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review. Rules 41.23-6-21, Payment for Outpatient Medication; 4123-6-21.1, Payment for Outpatient Medication by Self-Insuring Employer; and 4123-6-21.3, Outpatient Medication Formulary, are effective Jan. 1.
