Board Erred in Overturning Judge's Finding on Worker's Impairment Rating

The Kentucky Court of Appeals ruled that the Workers’ Compensation Board erred in overturning a decision to exclude the impairment caused by a worker’s prior neck injury in calculating his impairment rating from a later accident.   Case: Amazon.com v.
