Patio Enclosure Company Fined After Worker's Fatal Fall

A company that manufactures and installs patio and pool enclosures has been issued federal safety citations after a worker installing a patio enclosure suffered a fatal fall. L.I. Aluminum Design Inc., based in Naples, Florida, is facing proposed penalties of $40,096 from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
