The maximum weekly compensation rate for temporary total, permanent total, temporary partial, rehabilitation and death benefits for injuries occurring from this coming July 1 to June 30, 2017, will increase to $756 from $733, or 3.14%, according to a memorandum issued Wednesday by the state Department of Labor and Industry.
