Alliant Acquires Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency

Alliant Insurance Services has acquired Spokane-based Andre-Romberg Insurance Agency in its latest expansion in the Northwest. The acquisition is Alliant’s fourth within the region since late 2014, the company said in a news release. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Andre-Romberg’s management team and staff, including President Ken Kurtz, will join Alliant and continue to serve clients from the company’s Spokane offices.
