Industrial Commission Webinars Focus on Employer Responsibilities

Officials from the Idaho Industrial Commission as well as other state and federal agencies are presenting two free webinars to explain the difference between contractors and employees, as well as basic employer responsibilities. On Wednesday, representatives from the commission, the state Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service will spend two hours explaining the difference between an independent contractor and an employee.
