The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation announced eight field offices are scheduled to be closed today due to weather conditions.Other offices also may be closed.The eight offices are Abilene, Beaumont, Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, Houston East, Houston West and Missouri City.The DWC has established a telephone number that advises anyone needing information on whether a DWC field office is closed or open: 512-804-4157.
