Board Suspends Doctor's Treating Privileges Over 'Repeated Negligence Acts'

The state Workers’ Compensation Board has temporarily suspended the authorization of Dr. Eric Gordon to treat injured workers after he agreed to give up his license in the wake of a California order. Gordon, whose last-known practice address is 3471 Regional Parkway in Santa Rosa, California, was cited for “repeated negligence acts” in the treatment of four patients.
