The New York State Workers' Compensation Board on Wednesday announced actions concerning the authorization of eight doctors to treat injured workers or conduct independent medical examinations.SWCB Chairman Robert Beloten said the board temporarily suspended the IME authorization of Dr. Charles Ricciardelli, of Hawthorne, N.Y., effective on Thursday.
