Assembly Bills 338, 1073 Top List of New Year Changes

Though several major proposed workers’ compensation-related measures fell by the wayside in 2007, some others were signed by the governor. The two with perhaps the greatest impact on injured workers, according to some observers, are Assembly Bill 338 and AB 1073.
