Court Revives Ousted SAIF CEO's Lawsuit Against Predecessor

John Plotkin, the former chief executive officer of SAIF Corp. who was fired for allegedly making inappropriate comments, has another shot at winning an award from the woman he says orchestrated his ouster: Predecessor Brenda Rocklin. The Oregon Court of Appeals on Thursday revived Plotkin's civil lawsuit against Rocklin, which a lower court had dismissed. SAIF fired Plotkin in May 2014 after just three months on the job.
