Missouri Comp Rates Flattening

Reported by IMMS: The Missouri state Department of Insurance reports that workers compensation premiums are flattening in the state, with the smallest price drops since 1994, when deregulation took effect. The data suggest that rates are coming to a plateau and will continue to stabilize in coming years, according to the department. Department spokesperson Randy McConnell noted that rates have dropped by 24% since 1994, commenting: 'it's fair to say that we've managed to squeeze most of the efficiencies out the system.'...
