Pinnacol Adds Three Members to Board

Colorado’s Pinnacol Assurance announced that the state Senate confirmed the governor’s appointment of three directors.

The three new members of the carrier’s board of directors, who were appointed to terms that started Jan. 1, include:

Fiona Arnold, president of MAINSPRING Developers, a commercial and residential real estate company. Arnold served as executive director of the state Office of Economic Development and International Trade from 2015 to 2016, and was a member of the state commissions on workforce development and experiential learning.
Brad Busse, who started Busse Ventures in 2014 after working at RBC Capital Markets for 28 years. Busse is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, as well as equity and debt capital formation, Pinnacol said. He served on a number of state boards since 2000, including the Commission on Early Childhood Leadership and the Commission on Science and Technology.
Bill Lindsay, proprietor of Lindsay3 Consulting, a health care and insurance consulting company. Lindsay also has past experience serving on state commissions including the Commission on Affordable Quality Health Care and the Blue Ribbon Commission for Health Care Reform.

Arnold and Busse represent employers on the state-chartered carrier’s board of directors. Lindsay represents workers.
