California’s 2nd District Court of Appeal ruled that a former airport custodian failed to prove his disability discrimination claims, as a matter of law.  Case: White v. City of Los Angeles, No. B264675, 11/08/2017, unpublished. Facts: Anthony White worked as a custodian for Los Angeles World Airports, a department of the City of Los Angeles.
