AWCP Holding Mini-Conference on Settlements

The Association of Workers’ Compensation Professionals is holding a mini-conference in Sacramento to explore claim settlement processes in California. The four-hour conference will focus on how to identify errors in permanent and stationary reports, and strategies for managing inaccurate disability ratings with the goal of moving a case toward settlement, AWCP said in a statement.
