Anaheim Board Targeted by Bomber

The WorkComp Executive reported that the Anaheim Appeals Board venue was the target of a bomber on 5/2/00. Police arrested Jesus Lozano Rodriguez, 51, La Habra, after being called to the scene by a local business owner concerned when he noticed that Rodriguez had a device duct taped to his body with wires coming from it.
