The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited two roofing companies for allegedly exposing employees to the risk of falling at a construction site in Fountain, Colorado.
Aspen Contracting Inc., based in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, and subcontractor J Cuellar LLC, of West Bend, Wisconsin, face proposed penalties totaling $147,998 in connection with the citations, issued Dec. 12.
