Kentucky's workers' compensation system has consolidated a set of forms in an attempt to reduce paperwork, the Department of Workers' Claims announced Monday.
The department combined the injury, occupational disease and hearing loss claim forms into a single online application. The application is a key feature of Kentucky's Litigation Management System, an online portal introduced in September.
The Department of Workers' Claims intends to switch to entirely electronic forms by July 1, 2017.
