A forklift operator for a California farming company was arrested on Friday for theft of workers' compensation benefits, Probe Information announced on Friday.Ernesto Rivas was arrested, handcuffed and escorted away from his job at Grimmway Enterprises, Probe said. The Kern County District Attorney’s Office charged Rivas with six felony counts of workers' compensation fraud.
