Forklift Driver Arrested for Workers' Comp Fraud

A forklift operator for a California farming company was arrested on Friday for theft of workers' compensation benefits, Probe Information announced on Friday.Ernesto Rivas was arrested, handcuffed and escorted away from his job at Grimmway Enterprises, Probe said.
