At least 11 bills impacting the California workers’ compensation system survived Friday’s deadline for measures to clear the chamber of the Legislature where they were introduced, including some new anti-fraud measures, a mandate for full spending on the state’s Return to Work Supplemental Program and some tweaks to State Compensation Insurance Fund.
