Chris Dodd, chairman of the Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, said Thursday he will bring his version of financial regulatory reform to the committee today without Republican consensus.The Connecticut Democrat said the package is a submitted for initial proposals unveiled last November.The House passed its version of the reforms, which include creating a federal insurance office and a new system for regulating entities considered to be systemic risks, last year.But the bills stalled in the Senate committee while Democrats and Republicans wrangled over draft legislation....
