The WorkComp Executive reported that a large number of California State Department of Insurace executives have resigned following the resignation of Chuck Quackenbush. Among those listed as departing are: Chief Deputy Commissioner Michael Kelley; Chief Counsel Brian Soublet; and Deputy Commissioners Jim Dong, Steve Suchil, Mark Lowder and David Langenbacher. Sources indicate that numerous individuals, including Quackenbush himself, face criminal investigations.
