Reported in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinal 3/15/00, a business man who became intoxicated from at least four mixed drinks and diet pills, passed out in sub-zero weather, and whose hands froze will get over $100K in comp benefits, because in Wisconsin the only penalty for intoxication as a cause of injury is a 15% reduction in benefits.
