The FBI and US Attorney's Office are joining in the investigation of former Department of Insurance Commissioner Chuck Quackenbush. This partnership gives prosecutors greater latitude in filing criminal charges againsat Quackenbush for acts that violate U.S. interstate commerce laws involving banks, the postal system and various communications networks such as telephones.
