DWC Raises Weekly Benefit Rates

The state average weekly wage used to determine workers’ compensation benefits in Missouri has increased to $879.06 as of July 1, up from $867.88. The maximum weekly benefit for injuries and illnesses occurring on or after July 1 is now $923.01 for temporary total disability, permanent total disability and death, up from $911.27. The maximum weekly benefit for permanent partial disability is $483.48, compared to $477.33 before July 1.
