TDI Wants 2016 Data Experience by Feb. 10

The Texas Department of Insurance has issued a mandatory data call for workers' compensation and other carriers for 2016 experience. Compliance is mandatory under Section 38.001 of the state Insurance Code. The data call is designed to provide the department with immediate access to market condition information and is the basis of a report TDI is required to submit annually to the Legislature and public.
