Agency Withdraws Expedited Rule for Intervention Practices

The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings has posted notice that it intends to withdraw proposed rules under the expedited rule-making process regarding workers’ compensation intervention practices. The proposed rules would have applied to situations in which other parties have reached an agreement to settle a claim but have been unable to reach agreement with an intervenor or obtain the intervenor's signature on the stipulation.
