SWCB Removes 5 Docs from Workers Authorization List

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board (SWCB) on Monday announced the removal or suspension of five doctors from its authorization list for the treatment of injured workers.SWCB Chairman Robert Beloten said Dr. Christian Nahas, D.O., of Island Park, N.Y., resigned his authorization to treat injured workers, effective Sept. 14.
