A New Jersey distributor of Anheuser-Busch products has reached a settlement agreement with the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration after OSHA cited its Jersey City distribution warehouse for numerous safety violations.
OSHA said Anheuser-Busch Sales of New Jersey contested citations issued last December for failing to train forklift operators, obstructed exit routes, damaged storage racks and inadequate chemical hazard communication training.
