WCB Meeting June 26

Oregon’s Workers’ Compensation Board is scheduled to meet June 26 in Salem. Agenda items for the meeting indicate that board members are scheduled to discuss administrative law judge “hiring consultation.” The agenda does not elaborate on the nature of the discussion beyond referring to the statute that requires the chairperson of the WCB to employ administrative law judges after consulting with other members of the board.
