The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has cited two contractors for alleged safety violations after two workers suffered fatal injuries at a work site for the new JW Marriott Hotel in Orlando, Florida.
PCL Construction Services Inc. and Universal Engineering Sciences collectively received citations for three violations, with proposed penalties totaling $157,792. The contractors have 15 business days to contest the citations.
