Another pharmacist has pleaded guilty in what federal authorities have said is the largest health care fraud case in Mississippi: a compounding pharmacy scheme that defrauded Tricare and other insurance programs of millions of dollars.
Marco Moran, 45, of Raymond, Mississippi, entered a guilty plea last week, according to a bulletin from the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Mississippi. Sentencing has been set for Nov. 27.
