The Kansas Division of Workers Compensation will hold a public hearing Oct. 7 on a proposed rule change to clarify existing language regarding calculation of benefits for loss of use of a body member.The hearing will be at 1 p.m. in the seventh floor conference room at the division's offices at 800 S.W.
