SWCB Revokes IME Authority

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board last week revoked the authorization of an Endicott, N.Y., physician to conduct independent medical examinations.SWCB said in a regulatory notice that Dr. Mario Silvestri's authorization to perform IMEs was revoked effective on Sept. 21.
