Workers' Comp Court Seeks Law Clerk

The Montana Department of Labor and Industry is accepting applications for a judicial law clerk for its Workers' Compensation Court.The clerk will review and research judicial decisions, statutes, opinions, and briefs. The clerk may also be called upon to serve as a special master, settlement master, or mediator.Applicants must have a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school. The salary range for the position is from $45,377 to $54,580 annually.The full-time, permanent position will be at the compensation court in Helena.
