Agency Releases New Compensation Rates, COLA Reimbursements, Attorney Fee Schedule

The Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents has released new COLA payment and reimbursement schedules, maximum and minimum weekly compensation rates and a new attorneys’ fee schedule, effective this past Saturday. The average weekly wage is $1,291.74, the agency said.
