A longtime Charlotte workers' compensation attorney has been suspended from law practice for two years after she allegedly withdrew almost $30,000 from her husband's investment account, then lied about it, the North Carolina State Bar said.
Tania Love Leon was suspended Nov. 28 for making false statements in court and in a Bar Association disciplinary inquiry, according to an order of discipline filed by the bar.
