Poor Performers to Be Monitored Under New Return-to-Work Audit Plan

Texas has approved a revised return-to-work audit plan to monitor insurance carriers and health care providers identified as poor performers from an assessment made last year under the Performance-Based Oversight program, the Division of Workers’ Compensation said.
