An Oregon judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by six police officers against the City of Eugene and its Police Department for negligently hiring another officer who secretly recorded them using bathrooms, saying any alleged injury damages are covered by the state’s workers’ compensation law, according to a report by the Register-Guard.
