A Kissimmee man has been arrested for allegedly defrauding an insurance company out of more than $1 million using a scheme to avoid paying workers’ compensation premiums, according to the Sun-Sentinel newspaper.
Arturo Santos Zuniga was arrested Friday in Palm Beach County.
