The National Council on Compensation Insurance is recommending an average 6.2% reduction of premium rates in New Mexico for 2016, according to a report by the Albuquerque Journal.
The Journal reports than an NCCI "study" reports losses for claims costing more than $500,000 dropped to $12 million in 2013 from $55 million in the previous year.
