A Miami bakery faces $67,261 in fines for exposing employees to caught-in, fall and electrical hazards.
The U.S. Occupational and Safety Administration cited Bakery Management Corp. for allowing employees to use improperly grounded portable fans, for failing to train employees to operate a powered industrial truck, for not taking defective ladders out of service, and for failing to provide eyewash equipment for employees working with corrosive chemicals.
