Court Says Worker Can Proceed With Claims Against Landlord, Tenant and Contractor

A New York appellate court ruled that an injured worker was entitled to proceed with his Labor Law and negligence claims against the owner and lessee of a commercial space, as well as the contractor renovating the area for use as a restaurant.
