Authorities Arrest Father, Daughter for Premium Fraud

Authorities arrested a 67-year-old man and his 44-year-old daughter on suspicion of underreporting their companies' payrolls to avoid paying $1 million in premiums to State Compensation Insurance Fund, Virginia Surety Company, and Reinsurance Corp. of America.
