Physician Accused of Negligence Cannot Treat Injured Workers

A New York City physician has volunteered to surrender his authorization to treat injured workers after regulators alleged multiple cases of negligence. Dr. Todd Russell Schlifstein, whose last-known practice address is 201 E. 69th St., Floor 2, consented to the state Board for Professional Medical Conduct in Order No. 17-260 that he could not successfully defend himself against at least one of the acts of misconduct alleged.
