The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation released information on Friday about four fraud cases investigators closed in April.
The cases involved falsified payroll reports, lapsed coverage and working while receiving benefits.
The cases are as follows:
Luebertha Greer, of Youngstown, pleaded guilty April 18 to a first-degree misdemeanor count of workers' compensation fraud. She admitted to working as a telephone operator for a medical practice while receiving BWC benefits.
