Brad Morse to Lead Minnesota's Workers' Comp Modernization

The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry has hired Brad Morse to lead the department’s ongoing workers' compensation modernization project. Morse was formerly deputy director of the Industrial Accidents Division of the Utah Labor Commission. He was appointed presiding officer, a position in which he finalized noncompliance penalties, issued determinations and orders, and directed the penalty appeal process.
